DESCRIPTION

The Telecaller position at Structure Buildify involves making outbound calls to potential clients, introducing our company's products/services, and addressing customer inquiries. Telecallers will be responsible for lead generation, maintaining accurate call records, and achieving set targets. Roles & Responsibilities

• Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, addressing queries and providing information
• Make outbound calls to potential clients and explain the company's products/services.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, recording details of inquiries and feedback.

Requirements

• Graduate degree in any Stream
• Strong communication skills in Hindi and basic English
• Comfortable with phone and laptop communication

Experience

• Prior experience in telecalling or customer service is a plus but not mandatory.
